Dr Manfred Lützow, Director & Regulatory Affairs Food Chain, had worked for more than fifteen years in the private and public sectors where he gained comprehensive experience and thorough theoretical and practical understanding of the scientific and regulatory aspects of food safety at national and international level.

 

 

 

 

Dr. Susan Schönmann, Regulatory Affairs Feed, studied agronomy at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich (ETH). During her studies she focused on plant science and biotechnology and gained experience as research assistant. After a PhD in microbiology at the University of Zürich she joined in January 2008.

 

 

 

 

Katherine Gómez studied environmental sciences at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH) and is writing her doctoral thesis on quantification of aerobic microbial methane oxidation in the subsurface. Previously, she completed her MS degree in biology at the University of Cincinnati, USA, followed by several years working in the field of occupational safety.

 

 

 

Bohdan Mikolasek studied biology at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH) focusing on biochemistry and molecular biology. After his studies he gained research experience working for several years as a technical specialist at the institute of molecular biology at ETH Zurich.

 

 

 

 

Anita Eberhart has a commercial education and more than five years of working experience in business administration. She joined the team in December 2009 as Office & Administration Manager (part time)
