Food supplements
Food supplement markets are dynamic and continuously developing new product ideas – a challenge for companies who have to adapt and react to the competitive market place and for regulators who are aiming at applying rules that achieve the same level of consumer safety as implemented for food since many years. Food supplements have to be safe for the consumer! And it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to take all necessary steps from raw material purchasing, the quality assurance during manufacturing down to transparent labelling and responsible use of claims.
We support manufactures of food supplements and their suppliers in the safety assessment of ingredients, search for relevant data and literature (in at least four languages), draft in-house summaries and develop together with our clients' experts the documents required for an NDI or a food supplement ingredient application.
