saqual is a company under Swiss Law which was founded by Manfred Lützow who acts as Director. He worked for more than fifteen years in the private and public sectors where he gained comprehensive experience and thorough theoretical and practical understanding of the factors that influence the decisions of food manufacturers, distributors and regulatory authorities.

The company is located in Neuenhof, Switzerland, and started business in November 2004 under the name sa.qual Regulatory Affairs Services GmbH; the new name and address became effective in April 2007.
