Consumer continue to be concerned about food additives which they suspect sometimes to be unsafe and misleading about the true properties of foods. Regulators, food industry, and retailers are engaged since the mid of the last century in a trust building exercise that involves toxicological testing, safety evaluation, monitoring of use and transparent labelling of food additives.
Our core expertise is offered to our clients: Assuring the safety, quality, and efficacy of food additives, processing aids, and ingredients by developing fit-for-purpose dossiers for (pre-)market authorizations.
